Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist role to be the front of house for the Brussels facility, meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to site and providing administrative support for the Facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors
- Provide site inductions for visitors
- Handle all incoming telephone calls / enquiries promptly giving a warm, courteous welcome
- Support the booking of meeting rooms, in advance and on the day.
- Provide administrative support for the Facilities Management team
- Check various documents such as bills and Purchase Orders
- Manage the lunch tickets and bookings
- Order stationery and business cards
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a reception role is desirable
- Ability to build relations with key staff members
- It is essential that the post holder can manage workload under changing priorities
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) enabling communication at all levels including the ability to escalate matters clearly and concisely
- High levels of personal integrity and professionalism, able to gain trust of all clients/stakeholders
- Planning and organisation skills
- High levels of concentration, accuracy and reliability
- IT literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications
